How do I add team members to my workspace in Growzz to help build and review the JBP?

Building a great Joint Business Plan (JBP) is a team effort. The best plans happen when all the right people are involved—bringing data, insight, and ideas together in one shared space. That’s exactly what Growzz is built for.

Why Involve More of Your Team?

Growzz is not just for account managers. It’s for everyone involved in delivering success with your retail partner. We recommend inviting your other team members who help build plans for the retailer from the following functions:

  • Commercial / Account Management

  • Customer Marketing / Brand Activation

  • Category Management

  • Demand Planning / Supply Chain

  • Revenue Growth / Finance

  • Field Sales / Merchandising

Getting these functions involved early helps build stronger, more realistic plans. It allows your team to bring insights, test ideas, review reports, and think through challenges before the plan is submitted to the retailer.

Better still, inviting your team doesn’t cost anything extra. Your Growzz license is linked to your participation in the JBP for your retailer and category. There’s no extra charge for adding colleagues.

How to Invite Your Team

  1. Go to Step 1: Invite Team at the top of your plan Overview screen.

  2. Click the blue + Add to Team button.

  3. A modal box will pop up. Simply enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  4. Click Send Invite - they’ll receive an email with a secure link to Growzz.

They’ll land straight into the JBP you’re working on - apart from entering their name, role and a password there's no other setup needed.
