Growzz is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform that requires a subscription for use to build your plan with the retailer.
You will find a button that says 'Subscribe Now' that has a link to where to purchase your subscription on your home page once you have logged into Growzz following your invite from the retailer to set up a supplier account for your company.
This will take you to a separate portal where you can sign your subscription agreement and pay your fee.
If the button says 'Subscribed', that means your organization already has a subscription for this year's JBP with your retailer in the category you work, and you can get on with building your plan.
Until you have agreed to the terms of the subscription agreement and paid for your subscription, you will not be able to use Growzz to build your plan.

The easiest way to pay for your subscription is by credit card or debit card. Paying by card gives you the most rapid access to building your plan. Alternatively, you can pay by ACH bank transfer, and we will activate your subscription when we have received cleared funds. If you have any problems setting up your subscription, please type 'subscription support' in the chat, and we will put you straight through to someone who can help.
Your subscription is for the retailer's planning cycle and runs until the end of the retailer's current fiscal year, when their planning cycle ends. So if you are purchasing your subscription on 1st March 2026 and your retailer's fiscal year ends on 31st January 2027, then your subscription ends on 31st January 2027.
It's very important for your whole team to work on building the best possible plan for your retailer, so once you have subscribed, you can add as many users as you like to your team to build your plan at no extra cost. For example, you may want team members who work in category, finance, and supply chain functions to input to or see the plan, and they are welcome to join Growzz and start working with you on it.
Your subscription fee is calculated based on your most recent full year's net sales value in the category with the retailer that you are building a plan for. We get this data from the retailer, and your fee is calculated automatically using a standard fee model.
You can be assured that you are paying the same fee for your subscription as any other supplier of your size and fairly versus smaller and larger suppliers.
The subscription fee represents excellent value for money and will immediately be paid back through one better-managed promotion, and if you use Growzz to its full potential, you will likely get a 10 to 25 times return on fee investment.
Once you have paid for your subscription, your JBP will be unlocked, and you can access it by clicking on the name of the JBP in blue text.
